OUR HOBBY TURNED INTO A PASSION…

We love bread! At first it was just a hobby… baking on weekends, making it for friends, pairing it with cheeses and olive oils. But since then it’s become a passion. We’re constantly pursuing the perfect loaf by mixing unique flours, experimenting with yeast ratios, and adjusting baking times.

There’s nothing like homemade bread fresh out of the oven: piping hot, perfectly crusty, and absolutely delicious. Now obviously not everyone has time to mix dough, let it rise, and bake a fresh loaf. But that shouldn’t stop you from enjoying homemade bread, and that’s where we come in! We do all the hard work and then rush our fresh bread to you the second it’s out of the oven. We use high-quality, organic ingredients and craft each loaf with love from our kitchen in Santa Monica.

So we’re trying this experiment. We bake 4 nights a week (Monday-Thursday) and then deliver our breads in time to accompany whatever you’re making for dinner. If you want to do the baking yourself, we’ll supply you with fully-proofed dough that you can stick in the oven for 30-40 minutes (we’ll include precise instructions). It’s that simple!
